I am an education and research professional with over a decade of experience conducting UX research, designing and executing mixed methods program evaluations, and facilitating leadership coaching and professional learning. I help organizations understand needs, identify what’s working (and what isn’t), and translate findings into practical improvements. I’m based in Washington, DC. I work virtually nationwide and also travel for on-site research, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.

I’m passionate about work that results in real change: clear decisions, improved implementation, and measurable progress.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, dog, and cat, kayaking on the Potomac and Anacostia Rivers, tennis, golf, bocce, and travel.
